It’s been a learning curve that I associate myself during last 25 years. As a person with strong Aspirations, Emotions, Will power and Positive approach, always kept the fire burning in the belly and gave me the strength to overcome against all the odds.

I started my Career in a CA firm post completion of my B. Com and M. Com in the year 2004, Only to learn that MBA is the need of the hour. So, I went ahead and completed my PGDBA in 2007. I worked as a banker with ICICI and had to break the momentum due to responsibilities post Marriage. Sabbatical helped to access myself and my priorities, that’s when I realized that I need to start something of my own, I took up an Independent role as a Recruiter from a Hiring firm, came across thousands of candidates, Interviewing and placing  them on daily basis, helped to understand their aspirations, Goals and dreams. Satisfaction from the same was paramount. But, an individual, I wanted to be more Human centric. That’s when I took up B. ED as a transformation course. B.ED and teaching experience helped me to come close to the students and their approach towards their Career. This point of time, I saw most of the students getting confused and opting for a career which is not suited for them, this is either through compulsion or in-decisiveness. That’s when I decided to become a Career counsellor and bail out such students, professionals, which will help them to choose right path towards their success.

With years of experience as a Student, Banker, Recruiter and as a Teacher, I would like to give back my experience and Guidance to the aspirants who are looking out for Career counselling.
